Health clubs in Korea are gyms...and I need one! I'm the biggest I have ever been, and I dont have a lot of time to get to a comfortable weight before my wedding...gotta work out hard for the next few months...it's gonna be hard so please pray!
Dude can I make a recommendation? It has worked for me twice (in '07-08 and again now)... just don't eat anything or consume any calories after 8pm. All I do is drink water. It's painful at times (I didn't eat dinner tonight) but you get used to it. The result: I have lost 3kg in 6 weeks! I do a bit of exercise too, but the most important thing is to lay off the night-time calories! Give it a try bro!
