A part of the cart festival was also this cool parade...they would come around from many different areas...really nice...
really funny...they let me take a quick shot....so sweet
this was just all up and down the streets...it rapped around the block and way down the street...it was really cool...
This is the procession as it came by...there were lots of different regions that came down and wore really cool clothes and would show how their area would live, like through planting sunflowers, or grapes, whatever...cool
