Pastor Tommy visit from Okinawa...

Well Tommy and the crew was down from Okinawa....well actually Okinawa, then Taiwan, then Hong Kong, then to us! They are actually on there way to Israel! They found cheaper tickets by going through all these other hubs....pretty cool for us because we can see them...they are a bit away from us (about 3 hours), but its always worth it to see them.

So Jesse and I got to meet them outside the gate, and we grabbed a quick pic....left to right: Rob "Voonder" Wunderlich, Jesse, Joe "Tiptonian" "TippyCanoe" Tipton, Chuck Rob, Takako, and Pastor Tommy....my old friends!
We put our stuff in the hotel we would stay for the night, and went to grab some food! They were only staying for one night in Korea and leaving the next afternoon.

Voonder, Tommy, and I had some bulgogi....or in Tommynese "bulgogers"....lol
The rest of the guys had "Samgyuppers" or quickly translated Sam-gyup-sal (grilled pork)...soooooo good!
Tommy and Robby enjoying a night out in Korea....Rob was complaining about the spicy Korean food....ahhhh go back to Japan you big baby! lol jk....you're my best bud....^^

Jesse and Chuck really enjoying the pork....Chuck Robb used to be in the military, stationed here in Korea for a bit....he was learning Korean and fellowshipping at Calvary Chapel Cheonan, where I first met him. Now he is married and in Oki with his bride, serving at CC Ginowan.

Takako and Joe really digging into the Sam-gyup-sal! They really liked it....Takako is an old friend from way back when I visited Oki in '05....I met her and her son "Stomer" who I would constantly beat at Halo on XBOX....just for the record....^^

Joe "Tippy" is a great brother in the Lord....he was one of my teachers when I was in Bible college. We were reminiscing about the book of Job class...that we would have at McDonalds....and Jesse "NOT" falling asleep....lol it was funny because about 60% of our class was there at that dinner...^^
Well we spent the night....watched the World Cup game on the hotel TV, ate some snacks, ice cream, and then called it a night...The next morning we said our goodbyes and hopped on a bus back down to Daejeon! Good times with our friends from Okinawa!
